摘要
通过对清君饮药效学及毒性的研究表明：清君饮能明显抑制吗啡依赖性小白鼠停药后的跳跃反应，提高小鼠热板法痛阈值，抑制醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应，提示清君饮对吗啡类成瘾患者有一定的作用。毒理研究表明：本品服用无药物依赖性，安全，无毒。
The pharmacodynamics and toxicity of “Qingjunyin” (QJY) were studied. The results showed that QJY can successfully suppress the abstinence symptoms of morphine dependent mice after morphine withdrawal. It also exerted analgesic, the results suggest that QJY may be applicable to the morphine dependent patients. The long term toxicity test of QJY showed that it has no toxic effects and is safe of use.
