摘要
目的目的探讨种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的应用。方法对在我院口腔科就诊的80例安氏Ⅱ类拔牙患者采取种植体支抗的方法进行治疗,观察治疗效果。结果本组共植入种植体154个,成功149例,成功率为96.8%。失败5例,系种植体松动、脱落,原因是牙龈局部中度和重度炎症。X线头影测量分析结果显示患者的前牙内收明显,但矫治前后的骨性指标改变没有显著性。结论种植体可以提供绝对的支抗、可辅助正畸治疗。具有操作简便灵活、即刻加力、费用低廉等优点。
Objective To discuss application effect of implant anchorage in the orthodontic treatment. Methods 80 patients were treated with micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Results 154 implants in total 149 cases succeeded and the success rate was 96.8 %. 5 cases did not succeed, because of loosening up. Others showed good tolerance to micro-implant. Soft tissue around the implant was mild edema. Anterior teeth were retroceded significantly. Conclusion Micro-implant could provide absolute anchorage. It was simple to operate, instant to bear force and low-cost.
