痛风患者尿酸排泄和胰岛素抵抗的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨痛风患者尿酸清除率和胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法68例痛风患者进行糖耐量试验,了解痛风患者中发生糖代谢异常的比例。同时测定血尿酸、24小时尿尿酸、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和血清胰岛素等,分析尿酸清除率和胰岛素抵抗的关系。结果痛风患者中糖代谢异常比例高于普通人群,尿酸清除率低者的胰岛素抵抗指数高于尿酸清除率高者。结论痛风患者中糖代谢异常比例增高,尿酸清除率减低和胰岛素抵抗有关。 Objective To investigate the association between uric acid clearance and insulin resistance. Mothods Sixty-eight patients with gout undergo OGTT test. Serum uric acid,24h urine uric acid , lipid profile and serum insulin were determined. Find out the association between uric acid clearance and insulin resistance. Results The abnormality of impaired glucose metabolism was much higher in patients with gout than ordinary population. Insulin resistance index was higher in the group of lower uric acid clearance than higher uric acid clearance. Conclusion The abnormality of impaired glucose metabolism was high in patients with gout. Insulin resistance was associated with the reduction clearance of uric acid.
