摘要
本文以北京朝阳区东坝乡单店住宅小区设计为例,阐述"国六条"及其相关政策的出台,作者力图创造以住宅生态节能技术为特色、可支付产品特性与宜居产品品质相结合的示范社区;文章还从废弃土地利用和竖向设计两方面阐述了项目的生态设计理念。
With the design of the Dandian Residential Quarters in Dongbaxiang, Chaoyang District Beijing as example, the paper summarizes the ＂State Six Provisions＂ and the relative policies, The author tries to create a demonstrative community with the feature of ecological housing technologies and payable and suitable for housing; in addition, the paper describes the ecological design conception in the utilization of the wasted land and vertical design.
