摘要 目的探讨P38 MAPK在热诱导正常肝细胞株HL-7702、癌旁肝硬化细胞株QSG-7701和肝癌细胞株QGY-7703凋亡中的作用.方法应用形态学观察、台盼兰染色、Western blot检测P38 MAPK在热诱导细胞凋亡中表达量的变化,并观察P38 MAPK特异性抑制剂SB203580对细胞凋亡的影响.结果热诱导使三株细胞P38 MAPK表达量都增多,凋亡明显,使用SB203580可以减轻热诱导的细胞凋亡.结论P38 MAPK参与热诱导的肝癌细胞凋亡. Objective To elucidate the role of P38 MAPK in heat-induced apoptosis of the normal liver cell line HL-7702, the paratumor cirrhosis cell line QSG-7701 and the HCC cell line QGY-7703. Methods the effect of P38 MAPK in heat-induced cell apoptosis was detected by morphology, trypan blue stain assays, and The quantity of P38 MAPK was detected by Western blot. Results The data showed that a marked increase in P38 MAPK of the theft cell lines as heat-induced, and the specific inhibitor SB203580 of P38 MAPK could inhibit heat-induced cell apoptosis. Conclusion The results indicate that P38 MAPK plays a role in heat-induced apoptosis in HCC cells.
