摘要
目的调查护士的职业紧张和腰背痛的关系,为提高护士的健康水平提供科学依据.方法对昆明市5所医院的1 329名护士进行问卷调查,以付出-回报失衡模式研究职业紧张,以von Korff量表评价腰背痛的情况,运用Epidata和SAS8.2软件统计分析资料.结果护士付出-回报比平均值为1.21,表明处于较高的职业紧张状态;职业紧张与腰背痛的多重Logistic回归分析显示高职业紧张组是低职业紧张组患腰背痛的1.77倍(P<0.05).结论职业紧张与护士腰背痛显著相关.
Objective To examine the association between work stress and low back pain in a sample of Kunming hospital nurses. Methods 1 329 female nurses in 5 hospitals were recruited in our questionnaire survey. The work stress was measured by Effort-Reward Imbalance (ERI) questionnaire, and the von Korff scale was used to assess the low back pain. Multivariate logistic regression was applied to analyze the association between them. Results The ERI ratios in the nurses was 1.21, indicating the level of work stress was much high. After adjustment for a number of confounding factors, it was found that nurses with high effort-reward imbalance had an elevated odd ratio (OR) for disability (1.77, 95% CI 1.14 -2.75). Conclusion Work stress should be considered as an important risk factor of low back pain in Kunming nurses.
