摘要 目的确定Taqman探针等位基因鉴别技术检测VEGF基因C-634G多态性的最适实验条件.方法对影响VEGF基因C-634G多态性Taqman探针检测的反应体系及探针、引物浓度等主要因素进行了系统研究.结果最适反应体系为12.5μL,最适探针、引物浓度为:0.3/12.5μL.结论建立了Taqman探针检测VEGF基因多态性的稳定实验方法. Objective To confirm the optimal test condition of the Taqman probe allelic discrimination in the Site of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF) gene C-634G Polymorphism. Methods The factors influencing Taqman probe allelic discrimination in the site of VEGF gene C-634G Polymorphism were studied. Result The results revealed the optimum conditions:The effective reaction system was 12.5 μL; Taqman probe concentration was 0.3/12.5 μL. Conclusion The method for Taqman probe allelic discrimination in the Site of VEGFgene C-634G Polymorphism has been established stably.
