多层螺旋CT三维重组技术在胸部损伤中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重组诊断复杂胸部损伤临床应用价值。方法对33例肋骨骨折其中伴肩胛骨骨折15例,胸骨骨折2例,锁骨骨折5例的患者行多层螺旋CT扫描,薄层重建后利用工作站行多平面重组(MPR),表面遮盖法(SSD),容积再现(VR)的三维重组。结果SSD、VR对于胸部较大、移位较明显的骨折显示较好,图像立体感强、直观,MPR可以较细致地显示骨折、移位情况。本组三维重组CT图像清晰,立体、直观地显示33例患者骨折的部位、范围、骨块的移动方向和距离,使得治疗中得以正确地选择手术和引流切口位置。结论恰当地应用多层螺旋CT图像重组功能,可清晰显示胸部的空间解剖关系,较好全面直观准确地显示骨折情况,对治疗和手术方案的实施具有积极的指导意义。 Objective To study the valve of postprocessing techniques of multi-slice spiral CT in the assessment of complex chest injury. Methods Thirty-three patients of rib fraeture, and fifteen cases with scapular fracture and two cases with sternuar fracture, five cases with clavice fracture were scaned with MSCT. The source images were trans ferred to work-station for postprocessing. Teehniques used include multiplanar reformation, curved planar reformation, surface shaded display and volume rendering. Results Fratures with obvious displaced segments can be displayed vividly with SSD and VR while complex fractures can be depicted with MPR and CPR.L CT scan with thirceen-three cases obtained with post-procession techniques dearly revealed the location and type of fracture and the direction and distence of fracture fragment which made the patients obtained correct treatment. Conclusion MSCT with poseprocessing teehniques can display complex chest injury accurately.
