农村饮水安全工程建设与管理问题探讨

随着工农业的发展,工业废水、生活污水和农业污水排放量日趋增多,河流湖泊受到越来越严重的污染,人们的饮水安全受到严重危害。为保障人们的饮水安全,应大力推进安全饮水工程的建设。但是,农村饮水安全工程的实施过程中存在许多问题。以常德市安全饮水工程建设为背景,探讨了农村安全饮水工程建设管理中存在的问题,提出了对应的改进措施与建议。

With the development of industry and agriculture, industrial wastewater, sewage effluent and agricultural emission have increased all the time. As a result, rivers and lakes are increasingly serious polluted, the drinking water security is seriously endangered. So the drinking water security project should be constructed to protect drinking water security. While there exists many problems in the construction of rural drinking water security project. In this paper, taking the drinking water security project construction of Changde city as background, the existing problems in the construction and management of drinking water security project are discussed and corresponding measures are proposed.
