摘要
潜在增长率的测算与现代经济增长理论紧密相连,是现代经济增长理论在实践中的运用。从现实情况看,潜在增长率的估算,在短期可以评估通货膨胀的压力;在中期可以反映出经济发展所处的状态,有利于决策者确认可持续实际经济增长的空间;在长期可以对经济增长的影响因素和发展趋势做出判断,从而为政府制定长期发展战略提供依据。
The estimation of potential output growth rate refleets the implementation of modern economic growth theory, in practice. In the short term, it can forecast the inflation pressure; in the middle term, it ean indicate the eeonomic state and provide for decision maker the actual sustained eeonomie growth space ; in the long term, it can ＇,affect the judgment on the elements and trend of economic development, which serve the important reference for government to make long - term development strategies.
