摘要 为克服传统的网格剖分方法剖分效率低、编程实现麻烦等不足,采用面向对象思想,提出了一种逆向思维网格剖分方法。该方法只需逐次沿Z平面剖分一次,可大大简化网格剖分工作量,而且可以用于剖分复杂实体。该方法不仅适用于剖分铸件,对非铸件实体的剖分也同样适用,具有较大的实用意义。 Mesh generation is a very important function in numerical simulation software of casting. Traditional method to generate mesh needs layers of cutting on X, Y, and Z directions to get mesh nodes finally, therefore,suffers inefficiency in mesh generation and difficulty in programming. The paper presents a method of mesh generation on reverse thinking by using OOP thought. It's possible to slice casting for only one time and finish the generating work by using this method, which greatly simplifies the mesh generation work and can be used to partition complex castings. The method is not only applicable to casting field but also suitable for other objects.
