摘要
采用邻甲苯基双胍作为环氧粉末涂料的固化剂,测试了该固化体系的凝胶时间,采用差热分析(DSC)研究了该体系的固化动力学参数,根据Kissinger方程和Ozawa方程,计算得出活化能分别为70.36kJ/mol和72.8kJ/mol,反应级数为0.95。
The reaction process of the curing system (epoxy/ o- tolylbiguanide) was studied by DSC and carefully analyzed. Gel time of the system was tested. Based on the Kissinger and Ozawa equations, the apparent activation energy was caloulated 70. 36 kJ/mol and 72. 8 kJ/mol, respectively. The reaction order is 0. 95 according to Crane theory.
