摘要 采用种子预乳化半连续法,合成了固含量高的阳离子型聚丙烯酸酯乳液。考察了在乳液聚合中反应性乳化剂、引发剂种类及功能单体含量对乳液聚合稳定性及乳液性能的影响。结果表明:在乳液聚合体系中,功能单体HEA含量为1%最佳;合理的反应性乳化剂用量及加入方式可使乳液固含量达到41%;选用AIBN与BPO复配的引发剂制备的乳液性能良好。 The cationic polyacrylate latex with high solid content were synthesized by seeding semi - con- tinuous emulsion polymerization. The influence of reactive emulsifier, types of initiator and the function mon- omer content on emulsion polymerization stabilities and properties of emulsion were studied in emulsion poly- merization reaction. The results suggested that the optimum content of function monomer HEA was 1%. The latex solid content reached the criteria of 41% by use of reasonable reactive emulsifier content and feeding mode. The properties of emulsion, when the latex was made by using AIBN and BPO compound initiator system, were good.
