蚕丝粉体改性聚氨酯材料的组织相容性

摘要 目的观察不同蚕丝粉体(sM)配比的改性聚氨酯(PU)材料人造血管的组织相容性。方法将PU与SM按照不同配比混合制成PU—SM薄膜。通过大鼠急性毒性实验、肌肉植入局部反应实验以及材料对细胞RNA合成影响实验,观察不同含量SM对改性PU材料组织相容性的影响。结果PU—SM复合材料经过适当的配比可有效的减低移植物对大鼠的急性毒性,且可降低局部炎症反应,较涤纶材料更为优良。SM比例为50%及70%时的PU—SM复合材料对细胞的数量和细胞总RNA基本不变,从分子水平说明SM配比为50%及70%时,PU—SM复合材料的组织相容性得到最大改善。结论经一定比例配比的SM改性PU材料可以改善PU的生物相容性。 Objective To investigate the histocompatibility of the polyurenthane (PU) modified by different component ratio of silk mieropowder (SM). Methods PU was combined with different ratio of SM to produce the thin PU-SM membranes. By acute toxicity test, test of local histological response by material implanted in muscle and the research on the effects of the material RNA synthesis, the histocompatibility of PU modified by different ratio of SM was assayed. Results Proper ratio of PU-SM material could effectively alleviate the acute toxicity to mice, and reduce the local tissue inflammatory reaction, and histoeompatibility of PU-SM was superior to Dacron. PU-SM materials with 50% and 70% ratio of SM had almost no influence on the cell number and total RNA. Conclusion PU modified with proper ratio of SM can improve PU' s histocompatibility.
