摘要
本文从西方国家档案学专业毕业生就业领域、就业职位、职业认同感以及性别差异和就业形式等角度入手全面介绍了西方国家档案学专业毕业生的就业特点,分析了高校和协会组织为推动档案专业毕业生的就业而采取的各项对策。
From the perspectives of employing organization, position, salary, gender and destination, this paper explores the detailed employment characteristics of archival graduates in western countries, then analyzes all kinds of measures which taken both by archival schools and archival associations in order to promote employment.
