黄精多糖滴眼液治疗实验性家兔单纯疱疹性角膜炎的研究

A study on the efficacy of polygonatum polysaccharide eye drops in the treatment of experimental rabbits herpes simplex keratitis

目的：评估黄精多糖滴眼液对家兔实验性单纯疱疹性角膜炎的治疗效果。方法：将实验性单纯疱疹性角膜炎家兔分为观察组和对照组。观察组用黄精多糖滴眼液治疗；对照组用０１％无环鸟苷滴眼液治疗。结果：观察组在平均治疗６天后角膜病变减轻；对照组在平均治疗９天后角膜病变减轻；两组有效时间相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５）。结论：黄精多糖滴眼液对实验性家兔单纯疱疹性角膜炎有明显的治疗效果。

OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy of polygonatum polysaccharide eye drops in the treatment of experimental rabbits herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) METHODS: The infected rabbits with HSK were divided into the observed group and control group The rabbits were treated with polygonatum polysaccharide eye drops in the observed group, and treated with 01% acyclovir eye drops in the control group RESULTS: When average of treating period was 6 days in the observed group the keratitis was alleviated, and the period was 9 days in the control group There was a statistically significant between the observed group and the control group (P<005) CONCLUSION: Polygonatum polysaccharide eye drops were markedly efficacy in the treatment of experimental rabbits with HSK
