摘要
目的:探讨针剌对家兔实验性高眼压的影响。方法:应用2%α糜蛋白酶注入家兔眼后房,形成实验性高眼压症。将已形成高眼压的25只家兔眼分为针剌组(10只眼)、西药组(10只眼)和对照组(5只眼)。各组在针剌和药物治疗前后均测量眼压。结果:治疗前针剌组、西药组和对照组的眼压分别为562kPa,629kPa和546kPa,3组之间无显著性差异(P>005)。针剌组针剌后在1~3小时内与对照组相比眼压均有明显降低(P<0001);西物组在药物治疗后1~3小时内与对照组相比眼压也有降低(P<005)。结论:针剌具有降低家兔实验性高眼压的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate effect of acupuncture for experimental ocular hypertension in rabbits METHODS: 2% chymtrypsin injected into posterior chamber of rabbits to establish experimental ocular hypertension Twenty five eyes of rabbits with ocular hypertension were divided into the acupuncture group (10 eyes), treated group with medicine (10 eyes), and control group (5 eyes) Before acupuncture the intraocular pressure of all eyes in three groups with experimental ocular hypertension were measured and after acupuncture and treatment the intraocular pressure of these eyes were measured by same method RESULTS: Before treatment the intraocular pressure were respectively 562kPa, 629kPa and 546kPa in the acupuncture group, treated group with medicine and control group There was not statistical significant among three groups (P>005) After acupuncture from 1 hour to 3 hours the intraocular pressure was reduced evidently when compared with the control group (P<0001) After treatment with medicine the intraocular pressure was also reduced (P<005) CONCLUSION: Acupuncture could reduce the intraocular pressure in experimental ocular hypertension of rabbits
