摘要
气浮与沉淀填料装置采用连接杆件将平直薄板(pp板)即斜板连接、组合在一起,能够进行侧向流斜板沉淀,也能够进行上向流或下向流斜板沉淀。特别是在浮沉池中能够进行气浮—沉淀固液分离,确保实现在一个构筑物内很好地切换运行气浮与沉淀两种水处理工艺,使这两种工艺都能达到最佳的处理效果。吉林省舒兰市吉舒炮台山水厂扩建工程采用气浮与沉淀填料装置,应用新型气浮—沉淀固液分离工艺新建气浮沉淀池,实际运行处理效果良好,出厂水质可以达到要求。
Flotation/lamella plate packs are a kind of equipment that consists of flat plates （PP plate） connected by unique design rods. The equipment can achieve lateral-flow sedimentation, upwardflow sedimentation and downward-flow sedimentation. Especially, it can be used in flotation/sedimentation tank to make the solid/liquid separation with flotation/sedimentation reach the best effect. In the expansion project of Jishu Paotaishan Waterworks of Shulan City in Jilin Province, a new flotation/sedimentation tank with flotation/lamella plate packs was constructed using solid/liquid separation with flotation/ sedimentation. The actual operation shows that the treatment efficiency is good, and the finished water quality also meets the requirement.
