摘要
台州市椒江污水处理厂已建一期工程规模为5×104m3/d,二期扩建工程规模为10×104m3/d,其中医药化工废水设计水量约为2×104m3/d,市政污水设计水量约为8×104m3/d。两种污(废)水采用不同的预处理工艺,然后混合进入生化及消毒处理工段,主工艺采用二段法长泥龄延时曝气处理工艺。介绍了医药化工废水的水质特点、分质预处理的工艺方案、工艺流程、工程设计参数、设备配置情况等,并在总结一期运行经验的基础上,对二期工程的设计方案进行了优化。
The first-phase project of Jiaojiang Wastewater Treatment Plant in Taizhou City, with a capacity of 5 ×10^4m^3/d, has been completed. The capacity of its second-phase extension project is 10 ×10^4m^3/d, including approximately 2 ×10^4m^3/d pharmaceutical and chemical wastewater, and 8×10^4m^3/d other municipal wastewater. After treated by different pretreatment processes, these two wastewaters enter into biochemical and disinfection sections after mixing. The two-stage extended aeration process with long SRT process is applied as the main wastewater treatment process. The characteristics of pharmaceutical and chemical wastewater, the pretreatment processes of different quality wastewaters, the process flow of the whole plant, the engineering design parameters and the equipment configuration are introduced. The experience, which is obtained from summarizing the operation of the first-phase project, is used to optimize the design of the second-phase extension project.
