摘要
采用UASB/SBR/MBR工艺处理生活垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液,处理规模为100m3/d,设计进水COD为50000mg/L、BOD5为25000mg/L、NH3-N为300mg/L、TP为15mg/L、SS为9000mg/L,出水COD为50mg/L、BOD5为15mg/L、NH3-N为5.45mg/L、TP为0.27mg/L、SS≤20mg/L、石油类≤0.1mg/L,达到了《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923—2005)中冷却用水水质要求,可补充到电厂循环冷却水系统中回用,实现了垃圾焚烧厂废水的"零排放"目标。
The UASB/SBR/MBR process is used for treatment of leachate from a municipal solid waste incineration power plant. The design capacity is 100 m^3/d. The design influent COD, BOD5 , NH3 - N, TP and SS are 50 000 mg/L, 25 000 mg/L, 300 mg/L, 15 mg/L, 9 000 mg/L respectively. The effluent COD, BOD5, NH3 - N, TP, SS and oil are 50 mg/L, 15 mg/L, 5.45 mg/L, 0.27 mg/L, 20 mg/L and ≤ 0.1 mg/L respectively. The effluent quality meets the requirement for cooling water in the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water - Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses ( GB/T 19923 - 2005 ). The effluent is reused as recirculating cooling water, this can realize the wastewater zero discharge in MSW incineration power plant.
