摘要
结合生产实际,研究了在双阀滤池上增设表面冲洗工艺的改造技术,从技术和经济层面,针对由高藻微污染原水给双阀滤池带来的低产能、高成本问题提出了解决思路和方法。通过改变双阀滤池的"弱反冲洗"方式,在保持滤池原有产水量乃至提高产水量的同时,大大提高了滤后水水质,从而保证了出厂水浊度≤1NTU。
Combined with the production practice, the reconstruction technique of adding surface washing process onto a double valve filter was studied. The idea and method for solving the low yield and high cost of the filter due to algae-laden and micro-polluted raw water are put forward in terms of technol- ogy and economy. The quality of filtered water is significantly improved by changing the weak backwashing mode of common rapid filter while keeping or even increasing the original yield. Thus, it ensures that the turbidity of finished water is equal to or less than 1 NTU.
