腰椎小关节“肥大”“内聚”的解剖学观察

Anatomic Observation of Hypertrophy and Cohesion of Facet Joints of Lumbar Vertebrae

目的：探讨腰椎小关节“肥大”“内聚”的解剖学实质。方法：对８５套腰椎小关节进行解剖学观测。结果：从Ｌ１至Ｌ５，上关节面内侧缘间距离（ＩＦ）和椎弓根内侧缘间距离（ＩＰ）递增，两者百分比，可以衡量小关节突肥大的程度；上位腰椎小关节及其椎板上缘的增生较下位腰椎明显，上下关节突主轴均无明显地向内侧倾斜。结论：所谓的小关节“内聚”等，实质上主要是上关节面内侧缘和椎板上缘向中线侧及内上方增生所致。

Aim:To probe into the essence of hypertrophy and cohesion of the facet joints.Methods:85 lumbar vertebrae were dissected and measured.Results:The distance between interior edges of two superior articular processes (IF) and the distance between pedicles increased gradually from 11 to 12,and the ratio of IF to IP could be used to evaluate the degrees of hypertrophy of the facet joints.Conclusion:It was the hypertrophy of the interior edges of facet joints and superior edge of vertebral laminae to midline that caused socalled cohesion.
