Clinical Analysis of Qswitched Nd∶YAG Laser Treatment for Membranous Cataract

为评估国产Ｑ开关ＮｄＹＡＧ激光仪治疗膜性白内障的效果，探讨激光治疗后并发症及其预防，用国产Ｑ开关ＮｄＹＡＧ激光仪治疗膜性白内障１３１例（１４０眼）。结果，激光膜切开成功１３８眼（成功率９８．６％），视力改善１２２眼（占８７．１％），１０眼（占７．１％）视力不变，６眼无视力记录。认为国产ＮｄＹＡＧ激光照射是治疗膜性白内障的一种有效方法。膜性白内障的膜厚度、晶体皮质残留量、膜张力及位置等与所需激光能量有关。为防止并发症，不要强求一次治疗成功，须控制好激光焦点及能量，术后以０．５％噻吗心安点眼。

he aim of this clinical study is to evaluate the efficacy of the domestic Nd∶YAG laser apparatus for membranous cataract and discuss the complication after laser therapy and its management. A domestic Nd∶YAG laser apparatus was used to treat 131 patients (140 eyes) with membranous cataract. The membrane was cut in 138 eyes (986%). The vision was improved in 122 eyes (871%) and not changed in 10 eyes (71%). This type of domestic Nd∶YAG laser apparatus was proved to be effective in management of membranous cataract. The laser energy used in the treatment should be chosen according to the thickness of membrane, the amount of cortex remnants, tension and site of the membranes. The observed complications were hemorrhage, fragments in the anterior chamber, raising of IOP and IOL damages. The reasons and measures for prevention and cure of complications were discussed.
