浅议纳米碳酸钙生产中节能降耗 被引量:3

摘要 纳米碳酸钙作为功能性填料广泛应用于许多行业,但碳酸钙行业也是能耗较高的行业,企业在生产过程中应该节能降耗,推行绿色环保生产方式。从纳米碳酸钙生产的各工序进行详细分析,对各工艺、设备进行比较,结合实际生产经验,系统地介绍了纳米碳酸钙生产过程中节能降耗的方法,形成了用自动化立窑、桨叶消化机、非冷冻搅拌碳化法、湿法改性、高压压榨、桨式串盘式二级干燥、旋风磨解聚、自动包装方式低能耗生产纳米碳酸钙的设备选型及工艺。同时在企业内部进行节能降耗,改造后取得了显著的经济效益。 As a functional filler, nano - sized calcium carbonate is widely used in many industries, but the calcium carbonate industry is also a high energy consumption industry. Enterprises should save energy, reduce consumption and promote green and environmental - friendly production methods in production. Energy saving and emission reduction methods in production of nano-sized calcium carbonate were systematically introduced through analyzing its each production procedure in detail, comparing each technology and equipment as well as through combining practical production experiences. Finally, en- ergy saving equipment and technologies, such as automated shaft kiln, blade digestion machine, non - refrigerated mixing carbonization, wet modification, high-pressure compression, paddle - string secondary disc drying, tornado mill depolymerization, and automatic packing, were applied to save energy and reduce consumption in producing nano - sized calcium carbonate. Furthermore,the transformation of energy saving and emission reduction was also carried out inside the enterpirse and significant economic benefits have been made after the transformation.
