摘要
以铝土矿生粉与硫酸加压反应生产的工业硫酸铝和硫酸铝废渣(主要成分是二氧化硅)为原料,采用把铝盐引入聚硅酸溶液中的方法成功制得聚硅酸硫酸铝。对影响产品稳定性的因素(pH,铝、硅物质的量比)及产品的絮凝性能进行了研究。最后以孝妇河水样为处理对象,将产品与硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝的絮凝性能进行对比,对有关结论及产品的絮凝性能进行进一步验证。研究利用硫酸铝及其废渣生产聚硅酸硫酸铝絮凝剂生产工艺,不仅有利于企业的可持续发展,还可以废物利用,创造更高的价值,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
A method through the introduction of aluminum salt into polymeric silicic acid to prepare polymeric silicate - aluminum sulfate ( PASS ) has passed success. The method used industrial aluminum sulfate produced by the reaction of bauxite powder and sulfuric acid under pressure and its waste residue (silica as main ingredient) as raw materials. The factors [ pH and n( A1)/n(Si) ] affecting the stability and the flocculating performance of the product were discussed. Finally, in order to further validate the relevant conclusions and product's flocculating performance, contrast experiment had been made on PASS, aluminum sulfate and polyaluminium chloride (PAC) with Xiaofu River water as treatment target. Resuits showed that this method is not only benefits the enterprise, but also can recycle the waste products, which creates a higher value and has good social and economic - benefits.
