摘要
研究了硫酸皮肤素对十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)发生缔合反应的条件、共振瑞利散射特征。结果表明,在pH 5.8的BR缓冲溶液中,硫酸皮肤素能与CTMAB形成离子缔合物,使共振瑞利散射RRS急剧增强并产生新的RRS光谱。硫酸皮肤素浓度在0.04~4.0μg/mL之间与散射强度呈线性关系,方法检出限(3σ)为13 ng/mL,并以CTMAB体系为例研究了共存物质的影响,表明方法选择性好。
The reaction conditions, the resonance rayleigh scattering characteristics, and the analytical properties of the ion association complex of dermatan sulfate with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide were studied. The results showed dermatan sulfate (DS) can associate with hexadecyhrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) to form the ion association complex in pH 5.8 BR solution, resulting in the great enhancement of RRS and appearance of new RRS spectra. The intensity of RRS is linear with the concentration of DS in range of 0.04 - 4.0 μg/mL. The method has high sensitivity and the detected limit (3σ) is 13 ng/mL. Taking CTAB system for an example, the effect of coexisting substance was investigated. The results show that the method has good selectivity. The method has been applied to the determination of dermatan sulfate in blood and urine samples with satisfactory results.
