摘要
从职业学校师资队伍建设的实际问题出发,对发达国家职业教育师资在法律法规、任职资格、社会地位与福利待遇等方面的先进做法与经验进行深入的研究。在分析国外职业学校教师队伍建设特点的基础上,为适合中国国情的职教师资队伍建设提供借鉴和启示。
This article researches on vocational education teaching stall in developed countries in terms of law and regulation, job qualification, social status and salary by using the method of international comparison. Then it provides suggestions and enlightenments for Chinese vocational teaching staff construction.
