扶正通络法治疗缓慢性心律失常临床疗效研究

Strengthening Body Resistance to Activate Meridians and Collaterals:Its Clinical Effect on the Treatment of Bradyarrhythmia

目的研究从脏络论治阳虚瘀阻证缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法按治疗组与对照组3:1设计,将入选的69例阳虚瘀阻证缓慢性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组(52例)与对照组(17例)。治疗组采用扶正通络、祛瘀化浊法,服用扶正助脉合剂(由桂枝、淫羊藿、苏木、地龙、清半夏、连翘、鸡血藤等十二味中药组成);对照药服用心宝丸,观察治疗前后中医证候疗效和心电图指标的变化。结果治疗组和对照组中医证候治疗有效率分别为92.31%和70.59%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心电图疗效指标治疗后两组均有改善,与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从脏络论治,运用扶正通络、祛瘀化浊法治疗阳虚瘀阻证缓慢性心律失常具有良好作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating bradyarrhythmia due to yang deficiency and stasis stagnation from the aspect of zang - luo theory. Methods The therapeutic group and the control group were divided at a ratio of 3：1. 69 patients with bradyarrhythmia due to yang deficiency and stasis stagnation were randomized into the therapeutic group （52 cases） and the control group （17cases）. The therapeutic group was treated with the methods of strengthening body resistance to activate meridians and collaterals and eliminating blood stasis and removing turbid substances. They were given Fuzheng Zhumai mistura （It is composed of 12 kinds of traditional Chinese herbs： Ramulus Cinnamomi, Herba Epimedii, Lignum Sappan, Pheretima, prepared Rhizoma PineUize without adju - rant, Fructus Forsythiae, Caulis Spatholobi）. The control group was given Xinbao pills. The changes of TCM syndromes and ECG before and after the treatment were observed. Results The effective rate of the therapeutic group and that of the control group were 92.31% and 70.59 % respectively. The difference had statistic significance （ P 〈0.05）. ECG efficacy index of both groups were improved, and was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05） compared with the index before the treatment. Condusion The method of strengthening body resistance to activate meridians and collaterals and eliminating blood stasis and removing turbid substances has a favorable effect in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia due to yang deficiency and stasis stagnation.
