人工气道气囊管理护理分析

Analysis on nursing of the aerocyst of artificial airway

目的探讨人工气道气囊管理的护理要点。方法对重庆医科大学附属第一医院2008年1-6月109例建立人工气道的患者的气囊管理护理情况进行回顾性分析。结果109例患者发生相关感染21例(19.27%);气管导管滑出或移位3例,其中2例为气囊充气不足所致,1例为气囊破裂所致;无1例发生气道黏膜损伤、坏死及气管食管瘘。结论掌握好气囊压力的调整(即气囊的充气量)、把握好气囊放气的时机以及应用气流冲击法有效地清除气囊上的滞留物是人工气道的气囊管理护理的关键。

Objective To explore the highlight on nursing of the aerocyst of artificial airway. Methods Retrospective ananlysis was carried out on the aerocyst nursing data of 109 patients treated with artificial airway in our hospital from January to June in 2008. Results In 109 patients,21 patients （19. 270%） underwent related infection, and 3 patients underwent sliding or shift of endotracheal catheter in which 2 cases was due to insuffieiency of aeroeyst charge, 1 case due to aerocyst rupture. No airway mucosa injury or necrosis and tracheoesophageal fistula occurred in 109 patients. Conclusion Proper charge,timely aeroeyst outgassing,and efficient cleaning of stagnation on the aerocyst by airflow impulsing are the key points of aerocyst nursing in patients treated with artificial airway.
