摘要 们在追问“新兴市场如何诞生世界级企业”的时候,一直是就“成长”本身在追问。我们很少意识到,企业总是在经济周期里成长的。成长中的企业面临的不仅仅是生机盎然的气候,还有充满着肃杀和萧条之气的环境。企业不能一厢情愿地希望在“卓越”的季节里“追求卓越”。企业即使有幸诞生在“黄金时代”,也要意识到任何“黄金时代”都不可能是绵绵无绝的。企业只能在不断更替、吉凶不定的季节里求生存和发展。所谓卓越的企业,其实是无论在黄金时代,还是在白银时代,青铜时代甚至在黑铁时代里,都能生存和发展的企业。台风来到的时候,连锗都在天上“飞”,但这样的“飞”显然不是“卓越”的标志。 People usually prefer to talk 'the winter' with the international financial crisis. However, it would be cheating that the fact is that the financial crisis is not the cause for the winter of China's enterprises, but only an activator. The winter comes just after the comparative advantages of Chinese companies disappeared, and then they have to pay for the high-speed one-dimension growth. Some weak companies will die in this winter. But some others wich are forced to focus on the resource-using and capabilities building due to the restriction in cold winter and become more sober-minded and the strategies come out in an emergency, will transform from a seemly good company to a really great one.
