摘要 目的:测定黔产木犀科苦丁茶及加工品的总黄酮含量,为正确评价其质量提供一定的科学依据。方法:采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,在507nm处测定吸收度。结果:总黄酮最高含量为39.71mg/g,最低为12.11mg/g;产品中嫩叶的总黄酮含量比老叶中的含量要低。结论:该法操作快速简便,具有良好的稳定性、准确性和重现性,可用于苦丁茶药材及其加工品的测定。 Objective: To determine the content of total flavonoids in Kudingcha of Oleaceae from Guizhou Province and its processing products. Methods: The total flavonoid was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 507 nm, with rutin as a reference substance. Results: The content of flavonoids had different scales in Kudingcha of Oleaceae from Guizhou Province and its processing products. The highest contents were 39.71 mg/g and the lowest were 12.11 mg/g. The total flavonoids in tender leaves of processing products were lower than that in old leaves. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and it can be used for the determination of the total flavonoids in Kudingcha of Oleaceae from Guizhou Province and its processing products.
