Analysis on 61 samples of the heart-implicated manifestations of (my coplasma) pneumoniae infecting

目的了解肺炎支原体感染心肌受累的临床表现。方法选择住院的肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性(≥1∶80),心脏受累患儿61例进行临床分析。结果61例患儿心脏受累占同期肺炎支原体感染的9.56%。结论肺炎支原体感染所致的心脏受累临床表现应引起重视防止漏、误诊。

Objective Tocomprehend the heart-implicated manifeslations of （my coplasma） pneumonieae infedcting method. Methods To choose the inpatients whose serum M p-IgM is positive （ ≥ 1 ： 80） and who have heart-implicated manifestations for analysis. Results This group of inpatients accounts for 9.56% of all inpatients that were infected by Mp at the same time. Conclusions Heart-implicated manifestations of my coplasma pneumaniae infecting are lying low. More attentions should be paid to it so as to prevent fron misdiagnosis.
