前列腺素E1在断指再植术后的临床应用

The clinical applications of prostaglandin E1 in digit replantation

目的观察前列腺素E1对断指再植术预后的影响。方法选择断指再植术后患者166例,随机分为两组:A组为对照组予以常规抗炎、抗栓塞、抗痉挛"三抗"治疗;B组为治疗组在常规"三抗"治疗基础上给予前列腺素E120μg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注,2次/d,14d为1个疗程;观察两组患者血管危象及药物不良反应的发生情况,并对再植指的成活率进行比较。结果治疗组断指再植术后血管危象发生率明显低于对照组,而再植指的成活率明显高于对照组,两组患者均无明显的药物不良反应。结论前列腺素E1能有效地防止断指再植术后血管危象的发生,提高再植指的成活率。

Objective To investigate the effect of prostaglandin E1 on the prognosisof digit replantation. Methods 166 digit replantation patients were randomly assigned to two groups with 83 cases each. Group A was the control group , patients received the normal three resisting therapies treatment. Group B was the prostaglandin E1 group, patients received the normal three resisting therapies treatment and 20 μg Prostaglandin E1 was added into 250 ml 5% glucose after replantation dripped into vein , twice a day for 14 days. Observed and recorded the vascular crisis,adverse drug reaction and the survival dgree of the replanted digit. Results The vascular crisis had low incidence in group B than that in group A , and the survival dgree was higher in group B. All the patients in both groups had a little adverse drug reaction. Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 can lower the vascular crisis and improve the survival dgree of digit replantation.
