人工栽培菊苣根的化学成分的研究

Research chemical composition and pharmacological actions in Cichorium intybus L root of artificial plant

目的研究人工栽培菊苣根中的化学成分,并作化学结构鉴定。方法用硅胶柱色谱法对菊苣根提取物进行分离纯化,利用光谱法鉴定其化学结构。结果从人工栽培菊苣根提取物中分离出2种化合物,另外1种基本母核结构待定。

Objective To study chemical composition in Cichorium intybus L root of artificial plant, and analysis the constituents. Methods The constituents were isolated with silica gel column chromatography indent ified by physieoehemieal properties and sepeetroseopie analysis. Results 2 eompoundswere islolated from artifieal Ciehorium intybus L root.
