摘要
本文通过对我国粮食产后损失情况进行分析，指出了粮食产后损失发生的主要环节及原因，提出了减少产后损失的有效措施，为解决我国粮食浪费问题提供了新的思路。
This paper analyzed the circumstance of grain losses after harvest. It point the key link and reason of grain losses, raise some effectivemeasure and afford new thinking to solve grain waste problem.
