摘要 针对啤酒灌装过程,将酒液与空气的运动归结为具有自由表面的VOF两相流模型问题。以640mL啤酒灌装为例,应用Fluent软件计算了不同灌装速度下瓶内流场的速度、压力、紊流损失等,分析了瓶子形状和灌装速度对液体运动状态的影响,宏观显示了啤酒灌装过程中瓶内气液两相流的运动状态,计算结果与前人计算结果相符。模拟计算结果将对调整啤酒灌装工艺、设计和改进啤酒瓶形状提供依据,从而对提高瓶装啤酒质量等具有重要意义。 The relative motion between air and beer during the beer filling procedure can be deemed to the VOF (volume of fluid) two phase flow model with free surface. Taking the case of 640mL beer filling, the flow field within the bottle such as the distribution of velocity, pressure, and pressure losses of turbulent flow etc. under different filling speeds was computed using Fluent software and the influence on liquor motion state produced by bottle style and filling speed was analyzed. The flow state of the gas-liquid two phase flow with the bottle was displayed in detail. The results are in accordance with former conclusions. The simulation result has important meaning for adjusting filling technique, designing and revising bottle shape, and finally improving the quality of bottled beer.
