复合纸板烘干技术及关键工艺参数的研究

摘要 针对影响干燥速率的重要变量:空气的流速和方向进行模拟分析,分析不同因素对蜂窝纸板干燥部温度场分布、速度场分布的影响,得到干燥部内温度场分布规律,为提高蜂窝纸板等复合材料干燥的能量利用率及干燥部的改进设计提供根据。 The air flowing speed and direction which influence the drying rate of composite cardboard were simulated and analyzed. The influence of different parameters on the temperature field and air speed field of composite cardboard drying part was analyzed and the distribution of the temperature field was obtained. The purpose was to provide reference fully use of the drying energy of composite cardboard and improvement design of the drying part.
