摘要
螺旋藻含有丰富而全面的营养,具有极高的医疗保健价值,是一种新型的功能性食品,有着广阔的应用前景。目前已经开发了或正在研制许多功能性螺旋藻食品,本文对此作一介绍。
Spirulina is a kind of functional food rich in various nutrients which have important health value,and is with brilliant prospects.Spirulina is now getting more and more extensive application in many fields.This paper is an overview about the functional foods of spirulina.
