摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定对羟基苯甲酸甲酯的含量及有关物质。方法:采用C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 nm,5μm);以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50:50:0.1)为流动相;流速1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长256 nm。结果:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯在5.2~208μg·ml^(-1)线性范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),最低检测限为0.03ng。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于对羟基苯甲酸甲酯的含量测定和有关物质检查。
To establish an HPLC method for the determination the contents of methylparaben and related substances. Method: C18 column (150 mm ×4.6 nm,5μm) was used, the mobile phase was composed of methanol-water-acetic acid glacial (50 : 50:0.1 ) , the detection wavelength was 256 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.2 - 208μg·ml^-1( r = 0. 999 9 ). The detection limit was 0.03ng. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and repeatable which can be applied to determination the contents of methylparaben and related substances.
