摘要
本文提出并建立了通过降低黑荆树皮栲胶的分子量制备新型制革蒙囿剂的方法。制革试验表明,黑荆树皮栲胶的降解产物用于铬鞣具有优于邻苯二甲酸钠的蒙囿性质和选择填充性,可减少废液铬含量。用1%的Cr2O3即可制得收缩温度高于100℃、物理机械指标符合国家标准的成革。
A method to prepare more efficient masking agent by degradation of black wattle extract was established in this research. Very good masking property of the degraded product to Cr(Ⅲ) was observed. The tanning trials showed that selective filling characteristic of chrome tanning liquor masked by the product was much better than by sodium phthalate while chrome content in the waste tanning liquor was obviously reduced. The physical properties of the leather produced by 1%Cr 2O 3 and 2% degraded product can satisfy the national standards.
