The Technology of Producing Waterproof Pigskin Garment Leather

对立足于国产皮化材料生产猪皮防水服装革工艺进行了研究。克服了皮革防水性与手感性能矛盾的问题，协调了皮革的动态防水性与静态防水性，解决了皮革防水性与涂层粘着力之间相互矛盾的难题。使猪皮服装革在保持原来良好手感性能的同时，二小时动态吸水性小于１５％，表面静态疏水大于或等于８０。

The techniques about how to disolve the problem of contradiction between handle feel, adhesion of finish layer and waterproof property was discussed. The waterproof pigskin garment leather treated with all domestic leather chemicals was produced. It remains very softness and good handle feel, and have excellent dynamic water-resistance and static water-repellency simultaneously, showing dynamic water uptake(2h) less than 15 percent and the degree of static water-repellency 80 and above.
