稻谷壳水解及水解液生产单细胞蛋白工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 试验中以稀硫酸对80目的稻谷壳进行常压(100℃)二级水解,水解率达26.8%。以此水解液为碳源,适当添加氨水和尿素,经树状假丝酵母于10L气升式发酵罐发酵48h,产物干基粗蛋白含量可达62.8%,菌体干重为12.6mg/ml,总糖利用率为85.7%。 Using two-step hydrolysis by diluted sulphuric acid under common pressure,the yield of reduced sugar to rice husk is 26.8%.With hydrolysate as carbon source,adding ammonia water and urea as nitrogen source,Candida arborea 1.257 was cultured for 48h in a 10L air-lift fermentor.The experimental results showed that the crude protein content of products was 62.8% (d.b.),dry cell weight was 12.6mg/ml,total utilization rate of sugar was 85.7%.
