中西医结合治疗病毒性肝炎高胆红素血症

在应用护肝西药的基础上，以中药茵陈煎治疗病毒性肝炎高胆红素血症４６例（治疗组）与单纯用西药４４例进行对照观察，结果显示：在退黄、降酶方面治疗组明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），在升高白蛋白、改善血清、球蛋白比值倒置方面，两组无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）

46 viral hepatitis patients complicated with hyperbilirubinemia(total bilirubin>171μmol/L)were treated with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine.The curative effect was compared with that treated with western medicine alone as control(44 cases).Result showed that the effect of combined therapy group was much better than that of the control in eliminating the jaundice,descending the alanine transaminase(ALT) (P<0.01).After treatment there weren't difference in the serum concentration of albumin and in improving A/G ratio between the combined therapy group and the controls(P>0.05).
