摘要
芫荽籽精油具有清除自由基、抗氧化、杀菌、治疗神经性厌食症和增进记忆力等作用,近年来引起了食品、化学、医药和生物学家的研究热情,文章从芫荽籽精油的化学成份,生物活性及开发前景出发,对已有的研究成果进行了综述。
The related researches indicate that the essential oil of coriander seeds has many bioac-tivities such as free radicles elimination, antioxidant and antibacterial activities, neuropathic anorexia therapy, and improving memory. These properties have attracted the interesting of many food chemists, medicinal scientists and biologists. In the present article, we give a review on the component, bioactivity and application foreground of the essential oil of coriander seeds.
