摘要
我国是世界上最大的乳品生产国之一,乳品安全问题越来越受到政府和人民的高度关注。概括乳品掺伪的方式,重点阐述我国乳品掺伪的检验方法,以加强我国乳品安全工作。
China is one of the largest dairy food producing countries in the world. The Poisoned Sanlu Milk Powder event has made people worry about food safety.It is drawing more and more attention from the government and people of China. To reviews the ways of the adulteration and focuses the methods for the inspection of adulteration in dairy food to strengthen the work for dairy food safety in our country.
