胃肠动力胶囊促进胃部术后功能恢复疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on Functional Recovery after Gastric Operation Promoted by Gastrointestinal Motility Capsule

目的:观察胃肠动力胶囊促进胃部术后功能恢复的临床疗效。方法:对照组38例用西医术后常规方法治疗,治疗组38例加用胃肠动力胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率97.3%,对照组总效率86.8%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组肠鸣音、腹胀、肛门排气改善优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:胃肠动力胶囊能促进胃部术后胃肠功能的恢复。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Gastrointestinal Motility Capsule on promoting functional recovery after gastric operation. Method：38 cases were treated with postoperative conventional method in western medicine while 38 cases were treated with Gastrointestinal Motility Capsule in addition. Result ：The total effective rate of the study group was 97.3% while that of the control group was 86.8%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Gastrointesti- nal Motility Capsule could promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gastric operation.
