低周波结合针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Combination of Low Cycle and Acupuncture

目的:观察低周波结合针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:60例随机分为针刺治疗组和低周波并针刺观察组各30例,2组均进行针刺治疗,观察组在此基础上结合低周波治疗。2组均隔日治疗1次,10次为一疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:2组治疗后关节疼痛较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),治疗后低周波针刺观察组止痛效果优于针刺组(P<0.05)。低周波针刺观察组基本临床痊愈率80.0%,针刺治疗组53.3%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:低周波结合针刺治疗膝骨关节炎有较好临床疗效,并且优于单纯针刺治疗。

Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect of low circle wave electrostimulation matched with acupuncture to deal with knee osteoarthritis. Methods ： Sixty cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into an acupuncture treatment group and an observation group by low circle wave electrestimulation matched with acupuncture, Thirty cases in each group. The two groups were treated once every other day, ten sessions constituting one course. After treatment of two courses, their therapeutic effects were com- pared. Results ： The arthr - pain of two groups was obviously improved after treatment （p 〈 0. 01 ）. The alleviating - pain effect of the observation group by low circle wave electrostimulation matched with acupuncture was superior to that of acupuncture treatment group （p 〈 0. 05 ）. The clinically basic recovery rate was 80.0% in the observation group by low circle wave electrostimulation matched with acupuncture and 53.3% in the acupuncture treatment group, with a very significant difference between the two groups （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Low circle wave electrostimulation matched with acupuncture is a better effective therapy for knee osteoarthritis, and superior to the simple acupuncture treatment.
