Content Determination of Main Components in Tolterodine Tartrate Capsules by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

目的:建立以紫外分光光度法测定酒石酸托特罗定胶囊中主药含量的方法。方法:以水为空白,在281nm波长处照分光光度法测定酒石酸托特罗定的吸收度。结果:酒石酸托特罗定检测浓度的线性范围为40～120μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为99.73%,RSD=0.465%(n=5)。结论:本方法快捷、简便、灵敏度高,可用于该制剂的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of main components in tolterodine tartrate capsules by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. METHODS： Using water as blank, the absorbability of the tolterodine tartrate was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 281 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of tolterodine tartrate was from 40-120μg· mL^-1 （r =0.999 8）, and the average recovery was 99.73%, RSD = 0.465% （n = 5）. CONCLUSIONS： The method was proved to be rapid, simple, sensitive, and applicable for the content determination of this preparation.
