摘要
主要研究对氯苯甲醛和邻苯二胺在空气中直接氧化合成2-(4-氯苯基)苯并咪唑的简便方法。确立了氧化反应的最佳工艺条件,用熔点测定仪、红外光谱法和元素分析仪表征目标产物的结构。实验结果表明:邻苯二胺与对氯苯甲醛的摩尔比为1∶2、反应时间3h、反应温度为44℃、氧化产物的产率可达到74.50%。在同样的条件下,进行重复实验,产率可达74.40%以上。此工艺路线所得产品具有色泽好、后处理较容易、对设备腐蚀较小等优点。熔点与文献值吻合,是一条应用价值较高的工艺路线。
Para-chlorobenzaldehyde and o-phenylene diamine are directly synthesized to 2-(4-chlorphenyi) benzimidazole using air oxidation. Experiments show that optimal conditions for the synthesis. In the end, the structure of target product was confirmed using melting point detector, elementary analyzer and infrared spectrum. The result shows that in response to three hours, the ratio between o-phenylenediamine and p-chlorobenzaldehyde was 1:2, the reaction temperature was 44℃, the yield may reach 74.50%. In the same conditions, the repeating experiments were also done which offered the average yield of 74.40%. And the product had good color, melting point which was accordant with the value referred in literatures. This craft also had other advantages such as simple operation and less corrosive, and so on.
