摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C18柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈-pH值3.0乙酸水溶液(体积比55∶45)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,在279nm波长下,对乙虫腈悬浮剂进行定量测定。方法的线性相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.022,变异系数为0.23%,平均回收率为99.7%。
The quantitative analysis method of ethiprole in suspension concentrate was developed by HPLC with C,8 column at UV 279 nm, and the mobile phase of acetonitrile and acetic acid solution（55：45, by vol） with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The linear correlation was 0.9998, standard deviation was 0.022, coefficient of variation was 0.23%, recovery ratio was 99.7%.
